SK keyfoundry has completed the development of a SiC Planar MOSFET process platform that supports voltages from 450V to 2300V, achieving high reliability and over 90% yield. The company has also secured an order for a 1200V SiC MOSFET from a customer specializing in SiC design, with development initiated for industrial equipment applications, aiming for mass production in the first half of 2027.
