Skytech Inc forecasts record revenue for 2023, driven by demand for advanced packaging and compound semiconductor equipment. The company recently delivered its first fan-out panel-level packaging technology equipment to a strategic customer, believed to be ASE Technology Holding Co. Skytech aims to surpass last year's revenue of NT$2.24 billion, with a target of NT$2.59 billion this year. The semiconductor equipment sector is expected to grow due to the AI boom and recovering demand for compound semiconductor equipment.

Skytech is expanding capacity by acquiring new sites in Hsinchu City and Tainan.
