Skytech Inc anticipates record revenue in 2023, fueled by robust demand for advanced packaging equipment and a recovery in compound semiconductor equipment. Last month, Skytech delivered its first fan-out panel-level packaging technology equipment to a strategic customer, likely ASE Technology Holding Co.

The company aims to exceed last year's revenue of NT$2.24 billion, targeting NT$2.59 billion this year. The semiconductor equipment sector is projected to grow due to the AI boom, which benefits both chipmakers and advanced packaging suppliers. Skytech is expanding capacity by acquiring new sites in Hsinchu City and Tainan.
