SPS-International has announced the immediate availability of its POLOS® SPINx spin processors and POLOS® hotplates for research universities and semiconductor fabrication facilities. This update allows procurement without standard manufacturing lead times.

The POLOS® SPINx series, designed for high-precision coating and etching, accommodates substrates from 150mm to 450mm and features a touchscreen control, indirect brushless drive reaching 12,000 RPM, and convertible design options. The POLOS® Hotplate systems provide temperature control up to 230°C with ±1°C uniformity, essential for baking processes. SPS-International also offers supporting peripherals including ESD-safe vacuum wands and high-temperature vacuum tips.
