Storage Post Self Storage has acquired a new self-storage facility in Plainview, New York, located at 150 Fairchild Avenue. This acquisition marks Storage Post's seventh location on Long Island. The facility, previously operated by CubeSmart, includes a modern geothermal energy system for heating, air conditioning, and dehumidification.

The acquisition is part of Storage Post's strategy to expand in high-demand suburban markets in the New York metro area. Financing was managed by JLL Capital, which also provided debt for Storage Post facilities in Newark and Nyack.
