Additionally, Tata Motors is finalizing its acquisition of Italy's Iveco to strengthen its global presence in the commercial vehicle sector, expected to complete by Q1 FY27.

The company is pursuing a technology-agnostic approach to decarbonization, focusing on CNG, LNG, electric, hydrogen, and biofuels. Tata Motors is also finalizing its acquisition of Italy's Iveco to enhance its global presence in the commercial vehicle market. The company anticipates completing the acquisition by Q1 FY27.
