Teledyne HiRel Semiconductors Launches Ultra-Low Power 4 GHz Wideband Low-Noise Amplifier
Teledyne HiRel Semiconductors has introduced the TDLNA0840EP, a low-noise amplifier (LNA) offering full 4 GHz performance while consuming only 25-30 mW from a 1.5-volt supply. The LNA features a typical gain of 29 dB and noise figure of 1.5 dB, making it suitable for space, avionics, and battery-operated RF systems. Its compact design and efficiency cater to the demands of reducing power budgets without sacrificing RF performance.

Teledyne HiRel Semiconductors has launched the TDLNA0840EP, the industry's lowest-power, 4 GHz wideband low-noise amplifier (LNA). It operates across a frequency range of 0.3-4.0 GHz while consuming 25-30 mW from a 1.5-volt supply.
The LNA provides a typical gain of 29 dB and a typical noise figure of 1.5 dB. It is designed for applications in space, avionics, and military communication systems, addressing the need for power-efficient solutions in SWaP-constrained environments. The TDLNA0840EP operates within a temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C and comes in a compact 3 × 3 mm QFN package.
