Tersis Partners with Rhovia to Deploy SynGenic V3 Waste-to-Energy Technology
Tersis has signed an exclusive agreement with Rhovia to commercialize Tucker Engineering's SynGenic V3 waste-to-energy technology. The initial development pipeline aims for 120-180 megawatts of capacity across multiple states, with project mobilizations expected in 12-18 months.

Tersis has entered an exclusive agreement with Rhovia to deploy Tucker Engineering's SynGenic V3 waste-to-energy technology, which converts complex waste into power. The agreement targets an initial capacity of 120-180 megawatts across sites in Florida, Georgia, Texas, the Mid-Atlantic region, and select international markets.
Project mobilizations are anticipated within 12-18 months. Tersis is focusing on a Southeast U.S. cluster strategy to address grid congestion and demand for industrial electrification, particularly in Georgia and Florida.
