TES Introduces Voltage Buffer IPs for X-FAB's XT018 Process

The newly released voltage buffer IPs from TES Electronic Solutions GmbH are designed for use with X-FAB's XT018-0.18µm BCD-on-SOI process. They function effectively across a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and require a supply voltage between 3.2V and 3.4V.
One example is the 300 μA Unity Gain Buffer, which features a gain bandwidth of 5.5 MHz. The introduction of these IPs enhances the performance options for designers working on high-temperature applications, potentially influencing market adoption of advanced semiconductor technologies.
