Texas leads in project count, primarily along the Gulf Coast, including WhiteWater Midstream's 160-mile Traverse Pipeline and Sempra Infrastructure's Texas Connector Pipeline.
Alaska's Glenfarne Group is advancing its LNG development, connecting the North Slope to a Nikiski terminal. The Pikka Project in Alaska has commenced oil production, delivering 20,000 bpd. In Virginia, the MVP Southgate Amendment Project is facing legal challenges but has federal court support for expansion.
