The 160,000-square-foot plant in Eden will manufacture voltage regulators and is expected to double the company's global manufacturing capacity. TSEA aims to support U.S. power grid modernization and will receive a $300,000 performance-based grant from the One North Carolina Fund, contingent upon job creation and investment targets.

TSEA Energy, a Brazilian energy equipment manufacturer, will invest $25 million to establish its first U.S. manufacturing facility in Eden, Rockingham County, creating 160 jobs. The 160,000-square-foot plant will produce voltage regulators, crucial for power grid stability, and aims to double TSEA's global manufacturing capacity.
The average annual salary for new positions will be $66,554. TSEA is eligible for a $300,000 grant from the One North Carolina Fund, contingent on creating 106 jobs and investing $17 million. The facility supports TSEA's growth strategy, with 90% of its production currently exported to the U.S.
