Ukraine's government has approved a policy for managing intellectual property in the defense industry, streamlining technology protection and use. This initiative aims to bolster the domestic defense sector and improve procurement processes for military innovations.

The Ukrainian government has enacted a policy focused on intellectual property management within the defense-industrial complex. This policy establishes guidelines for protecting rights to defense technologies, ensuring their effective use in military production.
It clarifies roles for government entities and manufacturers, enabling faster implementation of developed solutions. Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko highlighted that over 50% of weapons at the front are made domestically, involving over 900 companies.
