UMS Integration reported Q4 FY2025 earnings of S$11.1 million, unchanged from the previous year, with a 1% decline in revenue to S$66.8 million. The semiconductor segment's sales dropped 1% to S$56.8 million, while other segments grew 45%.

A final dividend of S$0.02 per share was proposed. For FY2025, earnings rose 2% to S$41.6 million, and revenue grew 4% to S$251.1 million. UMS renewed its Integrated System contract for three years and has invested over S$155 million in manufacturing expansion. The company anticipates increased demand driven by AI applications.
