Urban Partners' Nordic Strategies Fund 3 and Pontos Group have sold a logistics facility at Helsinki Airport to Sicore Real Assets. Completed in summer 2025, the facility serves as DHL Express's Finnish headquarters and incorporates sustainable construction technologies, including geothermal heating and solar panels.

The property aims for LEED Platinum certification and an A-class energy rating, reflecting strong investor demand for high-quality, sustainable assets.
