The state has constructed 2,410 substations and enhanced transformer capacity to support rising demand. Initiatives include developing Ayodhya and Mathura as solar cities and establishing utility-scale solar parks with battery storage.
The budget also supports green hydrogen and bioenergy projects. Overall, this strategy aims to ensure reliable energy supply while maintaining a fiscal deficit cap of 3%.
