Valero Reports Record Safety, Environmental Performance, and Community Contributions in 2025

SUSTAINABLE AVIATION FUEL

Valero's 2025 report highlights significant achievements, including record personnel safety and environmental performance, marking its best year to date. The company recorded high refining throughput and ethanol production, along with new mechanical reliability records.

Strategic projects continue, notably an optimization project at the St. Charles refinery in Louisiana, expected to start operations in the second half of 2026. Valero was recognized as one of the 'Most Honored Companies' by institutional investors for the tenth consecutive year and received the 'Commercial Technology of the Year' award for its Sustainable Aviation Fuel project at the Port Arthur, Texas plant.

The Valero Alamo Bowl featured a successful matchup between USC and TCU, attended by over 54,000, while $1.28 million in scholarships were awarded to local students. The Valero Texas Open raised $25 million in the U.S. and $1.3 million in the U.K. and Canada, benefiting over 270 agencies.
