Vervesemi Microelectronics Raises $10 Million in Series A Funding Led by Ashish Kacholia and Unicorn India Ventures
Vervesemi Microelectronics, an Indian fabless semiconductor startup, has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by Ashish Kacholia and Unicorn India Ventures. The funds will be allocated to accelerate product commercialization, initiate production of silicon chips, and expand go-to-market strategies in Asia, the US, and other markets. Vervesemi aims to transition from advanced R&D to scaled execution, enhancing its product offerings in intelligent analog mixed-signal solutions for various industries, including industrial and smart energy applications.

Vervesemi Microelectronics has secured $10 million in Series A funding, led by Ashish Kacholia and Unicorn India Ventures, with participation from Roots Ventures and others. The funds will be used to accelerate product commercialization of machine learning-enhanced analog signal chain ICs, initiate production of existing silicon chips, and build a go-to-market presence in key regions including Asia and the US.
The company plans to scale its innovation and expand its engineering capabilities, aiming to become a global leader in analog mixed-signal semiconductor solutions.
