Việt Nam Aims for $300 Billion Digital Technology Revenue by 2030
Việt Nam targets a $300 billion revenue goal for its digital technology industry by 2030, with a strategic focus on growth and competitiveness. This initiative is crucial for the nation's digital transformation and aims to boost the economy significantly.

Việt Nam's government has approved a digital technology industry development programme targeting at least $300 billion in revenue by 2030 with an annual growth rate of 12% or higher. The programme focuses on enhancing domestic technology ownership, increasing the number of digital enterprises to 100,000, and generating export revenue of $55 billion from digital products by 2030.
Key measures include building modern digital infrastructure, promoting R&D, and supporting the semiconductor sector. With the industry having generated over VNĐ622 trillion (approximately $24 billion) in April, the growth trajectory indicates a strong potential for Việt Nam to become a regional digital technology hub by 2045.
