Weebit Nano Increases FY26 Revenue Guidance Following Chip Tape-Outs and Licensing Expansions
Weebit Nano has raised its FY26 revenue guidance to at least A$13.5 million after achieving three chip designs' tape-outs using its ReRAM technology. Expanding licensing agreements with key customers indicates growing confidence in Weebit's resistive random-access memory intellectual property, essential for future semiconductor production.

Weebit Nano has reported three customer chip designs using its ReRAM technology have successfully reached tape-out, marking a significant step towards commercial production. The company has raised its FY26 revenue guidance to a minimum of A$13.5 million, supported by expanded licensing agreements.
These agreements encompass additional technologies and business units, reflecting increased adoption of Weebit's intellectual property. One prototype has returned from fabrication, demonstrating functionality, while the others are undergoing testing, with mass production timelines projected at 12 to 18 months.
The company also secured A$15 million from existing shareholders and raised A$102 million overall to support ReRAM technology development. Despite increasing memory demand, semiconductor manufacturing capacity constraints have slowed some new licensing decisions. Weebit was granted three new patents, further strengthening its position in memory technology.
