Xanadu Initiates Negotiations for CAD $390 Million Government Support for Quantum Manufacturing Project
Xanadu Quantum Technologies Inc. is negotiating with the governments of Canada and Ontario for up to CAD $390 million in support for Project OPTIMISM, aimed at enhancing semiconductor and photonic manufacturing capabilities in Canada. The funding will help advance utility-scale quantum computing and offset capital costs. The project is subject to due diligence and final agreements. Xanadu is also preparing for a public listing through a merger with Crane Harbor Acquisition Corp., potentially leading to a combined capitalization of approximately US$500 million.
