Xanadu Quantum Technologies Inc. is in negotiations with the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario for potential support of up to CAD $390 million for Project OPTIMISM. This initiative aims to build advanced semiconductor and photonic manufacturing capabilities in Canada, enhancing the quantum technology supply chain.

The project is expected to advance Xanadu's goals toward utility-scale quantum computing and contribute to the necessary infrastructure. The funding is contingent upon due diligence and final agreements. Additionally, Xanadu is preparing for a public listing through a merger with Crane Harbor Acquisition Corp., expected to yield around US$500 million in capital.
