XLYNX Materials Closes Investment Round, Appoints Robert Niven as CEO
XLYNX Materials has closed its first institutional investment round and appointed Robert Niven as CEO. This funding will support the commercialization of its diazirine crosslinking technology, aimed at addressing challenges in microelectronics and consumer devices. The investment round was led by Ross Mitchell and includes other strategic investors, focusing on enhancing semiconductor advanced packaging. Former CEO Dr. Jeremy Wulff will shift to intellectual property development, while Dr. Stefania Musolino becomes Director of Technology.
