XTech Ventures Forms ¥130 Billion Fund for Early-Stage Tech Investments
XTech Ventures has established the XTech No. 3 Investment Limited Partnership with ¥130 billion to support seed and early-stage startups. The firm focuses on cutting-edge technologies, including Physical AI, robotics, quantum and semiconductors, and life sciences, while continuing its traditional support for software and consumer businesses.

XTech Ventures has completed the formation of the XTech No. 3 Investment Limited Partnership with approximately ¥130 billion. The fund will target investments in seed and early-stage startups, particularly in innovative technology sectors such as Physical AI, robotics, quantum technologies, semiconductors, and life sciences.
This follows the firm's earlier funds launched in 2018 and 2021, which supported numerous startups leading to exits via IPOs, M&As, and secondary stock transfers. Takashi Fujimoto joins as a partner, enhancing the firm's expertise in private equity and entrepreneurship.
