Zelestra India Rebrands as Resolven, Targets 1.5 GW Annual Renewable Energy Projects
Zelestra India has rebranded as Resolven, aiming to deliver over 1.5 GW of renewable projects annually across India. Supported by EQT, the company is entering a 'proof-of-scale' phase, with a 5.5 GW project pipeline and plans for a $1.2 billion investment, including $300 million in equity. Resolven will focus on timely project commissioning and infrastructure readiness to support hybrid and storage growth.

Zelestra India has officially rebranded to Resolven, focusing on building a renewable energy platform capable of multi-gigawatt scale in India. The company plans to execute over 1.5 GW of projects annually across various renewable technologies, supported by a $1.2 billion investment from EQT.
Resolven aims to prioritize evacuation infrastructure and substation readiness, crucial for hybrid and storage-led growth. With a current pipeline of 5.5 GW, the company’s objectives for the next two years include enhancing project commissioning and securing institutional funding to mitigate execution risks.
