ADM Reports 60% Drop in Net Earnings for Fiscal Year 2025 Amid Lower Crush Margins
ADM's net earnings for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, fell to $1.08 billion, down 60% from the previous year. Revenues decreased by 6.2% to $80.27 billion. The company anticipates adjusted EPS between $3.60 and $4.20 in fiscal 2026, influenced by US biofuel policy and market demand. Operating profit in the Ag Services and Oilseeds segment declined 11% to $1.61 billion. In the fourth quarter, net earnings were $456 million, a 20% decline year-over-year.
