Airco Process Technology has been contracted by bioconstruct GmbH to deliver a complete gas treatment package for Finland's largest biogas facility. This turnkey solution includes an amine-based biogas upgrading unit, two BioLNG units, and a CO₂ purification and liquefaction unit.

The facility, developed by Nivalan Biokaasu Oy in partnership with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, will have an annual processing capacity of approximately 600,000 tonnes. It is expected to produce around 36 tonnes of bioLNG and 77 tonnes of biogenic CO₂ per day, both of which will be processed on-site for various applications. This project is seen as a significant advancement for renewable energy in Finland.
