BCLP Hires Partner Vincent Trevisani to Enhance Energy Transition Practice in Paris
International law firm BCLP has appointed Vincent Trevisani as a partner in its Energy, Environment & Infrastructure team, aiming to strengthen its Energy Transition practice. Trevisani's hire is part of BCLP's strategy to support complex energy projects in France and globally.
The addition is expected to enhance the firm's international capabilities and relationships with key players in the energy sector. BCLP's Paris office has seen significant growth, with Trevisani being the fourth lateral hire in the past year. Recent projects include advising Qair International on a €240 million syndicated credit, assisting Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC with financing for a solar portfolio, and supporting Sienna IM with €40 million bond financing for Keon, a major biomethane producer in France.
