Binastra Secures RM1.2bn Contract; AirAsia Completes Aviation Business Disposal
Binastra Corporation Bhd won a RM1.2bn contract for building and infrastructure at Exsim's Causewayz Square in Johor Bahru. Capital A Bhd completed the disposal of its aviation businesses to AirAsia X Bhd, transferring AirAsia Aviation Group Ltd via 2.3bn new shares and settling RM3.8bn of debt.
Allianz Malaysia Bhd declared an interim dividend of 89.5 sen per share for FY2025, with an ex-date on Jan 30 and payment on Feb 13. MN Holdings Bhd secured four contracts worth RM122.7mn for data centre substation equipment in Peninsular Malaysia.
