BiofuelCircle Secures Rs 35 Cr to Enhance Biomass Supply Chain in India
BiofuelCircle has raised Rs 35 crore in bridge funding to strengthen its biomass supply chain and bioenergy ecosystem in India. This funding aims to improve working capital and support the company's growth, enhancing its role in the country's clean energy transition.

BiofuelCircle has secured Rs 35 crore in bridge funding from existing investors to enhance its biomass supply chain in India. The investment, led by Spectrum Impact and joined by Better Capital and Karma Capital, will support working capital needs and facilitate growth.
Founded in 2020, BiofuelCircle connects farmers, suppliers, and industrial consumers to optimize biomass sourcing. The company has expanded its network to over 1.7 lakh farmers and 400 industrial buyers across 10 states.
This funding will further enable the company to support India's clean energy transition and strengthen its digital and physical biomass infrastructure. The company is preparing for a Series B funding round, indicating a strong trajectory for growth in the bioenergy sector.
