CCI BioEnergy has entered a multi-year partnership with Arcadis to enhance organics processing capacity as part of a Master Service Agreement. This initiative includes preliminary and detailed design work for the expansion of the Disco Road Organics Processing Facility in Toronto, which processes 75,000 metric tons of organic waste annually.

The facility will increase its capacity to 125,000 tons, with a peak of 140,000 tons. Arcadis will assist in designing the framework for this expansion. Since 2002, CCI's BTA® Process has diverted over one million tons of organic materials from Toronto's landfills.
