Cielo Waste Solutions Completes Acquisition of Project Development Assets and Leadership Appointments
Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. has finalized an acquisition of proprietary project development assets from CDL Biofuels Ltd. for $2.6 million. The integration of these assets into the Nexus Platform is expected to enhance technical and economic modeling capabilities, supporting future clean fuel projects.

Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. has acquired proprietary project development assets from CDL Biofuels Ltd. for a total consideration of $2.6 million, issuing 17,333,333 common shares at $0.15 each. The acquired assets, which include databases and analytical tools, will be integrated into Cielo's Nexus Platform to improve project evaluation capabilities.
The transaction is pending final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange, having followed the necessary policies for a Fundamental Acquisition. Additionally, Cielo intends to appoint Robert Pockar and Matthew Scorah as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer, respectively. This acquisition and leadership change positions Cielo to enhance its operations in the sustainable aviation fuel market.
