Dataforth has launched DSCA modules that condition and isolate sensor signals, converting them into standardized analog signals for use in Zone 2 explosive atmospheres. These modules are ATEX-compliant according to EN 60079-15:2019, excluding types DSCA33-04x and DSCA33-05x.

The SCM5B series offers triple galvanic isolation to prevent ground loops and overvoltage, making it suitable for safely processing multiple measurement channels in tight spaces. Together, these product families provide a clear separation between explosive and non-explosive areas, enhancing safety and compliance with ATEX and EMC regulations.
