Delta Biogas Contracts PlanET for 12-TPD CBG Plant in Andhra Pradesh
Delta Biogas Palnadu Two Pvt. Ltd has awarded a work order to PlanET Biogastechnik GmbH for a 12 TPD CBG plant in Vipparia Village, Andhra Pradesh. The agreement, signed on January 28, 2026, aims to convert organic waste into compressed biogas, supporting India's SATAT initiative and enhancing clean energy infrastructure. The facility will also produce renewable energy and organic manure, contributing to greenhouse gas reduction.

Delta Biogas Palnadu Two Pvt. Ltd has signed a work order with PlanET Biogastechnik GmbH for a 12 tonnes per day Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant in Vipparia Village, Andhra Pradesh. The agreement was finalized on January 28, 2026, and aims to convert organic waste and agricultural residues into CBG, aligning with India's SATAT initiative.
The plant is expected to generate renewable energy and organic manure while reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Andhra Pradesh is focusing on biogas development, with plans for 500 projects, including Reliance Industries' initiative for 500 CBG plants with a total capacity of 11,000 metric tons.
