Gas Malaysia Green Ventures and PH Premier Biogas Sign 15-Year Gas Purchase Agreement for Biomethane Development
Gas Malaysia Green Ventures Sdn Bhd (GMGV) has signed a 15-year Gas Purchase Agreement with PH Premier Biogas Sdn Bhd. The agreement, formalized at the Centralised Biomethane Injection Station in Kluang, involves GMGV purifying raw biogas into biomethane for transportation to the injection station. This partnership aims to support Malaysia's transition to cleaner energy and enhance the sustainability of the palm oil industry.

Gas Malaysia Green Ventures Sdn Bhd (GMGV) has entered a 15-year Gas Purchase Agreement with PH Premier Biogas Sdn Bhd. The agreement was signed at the Centralised Biomethane Injection Station in Kluang.
Under this partnership, GMGV will purify raw biogas into biomethane, which will be transported to the injection station via a virtual pipeline. The collaboration is intended to support the transition to cleaner energy and enhance sustainability in the palm oil sector. The Centralised Biomethane Injection Station will serve as a hub for receiving biomethane from nearby palm oil mills and injecting renewable gas into the national grid.
