GPS Renewables Secures ₹635 Crore in Series C Funding for CBG Expansion
GPS Renewables has raised ₹635 crore in Series C funding to enhance its compressed biogas infrastructure in India. This investment, led by PixelSky Capital, aims to accelerate the development of large-scale CBG projects and strengthen its asset platform, Arya.

GPS Renewables has successfully raised ₹635 crore in Series C funding, with ₹125 crore in equity from PixelSky Capital and participation from Aarti Industries' family office. The funding includes a ₹200 crore equity commitment for its asset platform, Arya, from an unnamed Korean conglomerate.
The company’s project pipeline features over 30 operational or near-complete facilities and visibility on over 200 CBG projects. Additionally, GPS Renewables has secured an EPC contract from NTPC Limited to construct India's first Ethanol-to-Jet Sustainable Aviation Fuel plant. These developments indicate a significant growth trajectory in the renewable energy sector, particularly in biogas and sustainable aviation fuel.
