HBA S.r.l. has ceded authorization for a biogas facility in Puglia to Tages Helios Net Zero, which is expected to generate approximately 4.25 million cubic meters of biogas annually. The plant will meet a demand of 1.35 million Smc/year for residential use and 3.25 million Smc/year for commercial applications.
The transfer is supported by advisory services from Pika Energy and legal assistance from Bird & Bird. HBA's portfolio consists of 18 ongoing projects focused on agricultural biogas, aimed at reducing CO2 emissions by about 8,000 tons yearly. The integrated approach of HBA is likely to enhance investor confidence and mitigate risk exposure.
