Natura Reports Nearly R$ 1 Billion Net Income in 2025 After Corporate Streamlining
Natura reported a net income of R$ 974 million for 2025, marking strong profitability growth post-corporate streamlining. The recurring EBITDA margin reached 14.6%, with significant advancements in digital strategies contributing to a 24.5% rise in digital channel revenue. The integration of brands in Latin America completed, leading to a net revenue of R$ 6.2 billion in Q4-25. The company also reduced carbon emissions by 10.2% as part of its climate transition plan.

Natura achieved a net income of R$ 974 million for 2025, following its corporate streamlining and focus on Latin America. The recurring EBITDA margin increased to 14.6%, with Q4-25 net revenue reaching R$ 6.2 billion.
Digital channels saw a 24.5% revenue increase, while the integration of Natura and Avon brands completed in Mexico and Argentina improved the recurring EBITDA margin to 7.5%. Financial leverage ended at 1.31x. The company also reduced carbon emissions by 10.2%, aided by biomethane adoption at its Cajamar facility, preventing approximately 1,300 tons of CO2 emissions.
