Noble Environmental Completes $34.8 Million Sale of Investment Tax Credits and Launches Three RNG Facilities
Noble Environmental, Inc. has completed the sale of approximately $34.8 million in Investment Tax Credits (ITCs) from two renewable natural gas (RNG) facilities and has commenced commercial operations at three new RNG facilities. These facilities upgrade landfill gas into pipeline-quality RNG, significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions by capturing methane that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere.
RNG is recognized as a scalable decarbonization solution across various sectors, achieving over 50% reduction in lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions compared to conventional natural gas. The fuel is compatible with existing pipeline networks, offering a practical solution for organizations aiming for measurable emissions reductions.
