Additionally, OakNorth provided a $4.9 million loan for the refinancing of a residential building in Brooklyn, New York, underscoring its commitment to sustainable development and urban revitalization.

OakNorth has provided a £25 million loan to EAG Bioenergy to support its acquisition of biogas and biomethane operations, aiming to expand its renewable energy holdings. EAG, founded in 2019, is backed by Vesper Infrastructure Partners and OrbeNovo Capital.
