Pacific Channel has acquired Engie Factory Asia-Pacific (EFAP), along with its portfolio in seven early-stage climate-tech ventures. The acquisition facilitates Pacific Channel's expansion into Southeast Asia, rebranding its Singapore operations as Pacific Channel Climate Ventures.
EFAP's investment portfolio includes companies like Amplicity, Verta Bioenergy, and Billion Bricks Homes, which focus on renewable energy, cooling technologies, and climate data solutions.
