Plans have been submitted to upgrade the livestock processing facility at Oakley Green Farm in Westerleigh, including a new chill store, bone trailer facility, waste storage area, and an extension to the existing lairage. Additional works involve a below-ground effluent storage tank, a security cabin, a chemical store, a new HGV lorry park, a new HGV site entrance, and improved internal access.

Additionally, a biomethane liquefied natural gas refueling station is proposed at Plot 9000 in the Western Approach Distribution Park, Severn Beach, which will provide biomethane LNG for vehicles. Retrospective applications have also been submitted for a shipping container at 1 Fox Close in Hawkesbury Upton and for various modifications to a listed building at The Old Station Yard in Yate.
