REnergy Dynamics' Nagothane Plant Achieves 21 TPD Capacity in Record Time
REnergy Dynamics' CBG plant in Nagothane, Maharashtra, has become India's fastest to exceed 21 TPD capacity within 24 months, marking a significant milestone in bioenergy. It is the second multi-feedstock plant to achieve full nameplate production in the country. The plant processes various feedstocks and incorporates advanced gas upgrading technology.

REnergy Dynamics (RED) has announced that its Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant in Nagothane, Maharashtra has surpassed a nameplate capacity of 21 Tons Per Day (TPD), achieving this milestone within 24 months. This makes it the fastest CBG plant in India to reach this capacity and the second industrial scale multi-feedstock plant to attain full nameplate production.
The project includes technology, EPC, and operations for a major conglomerate. The Nagothane plant can process diverse feedstocks such as napier grass, cow dung, and paddy straw, enhancing its operational flexibility. It also features a membrane-based gas upgrading system, achieving biomethane purity of up to 99 percent.
