A $500,000 loan was granted to Madison Area Development Corporation for a Perpetual Seed Fund Program to support entrepreneurship. Hydro Extrusion USA received a grant of up to $555,618 for reinvestment at its Yankton facility. Additionally, the board recognized a $57 million dairy digester project by Plainview Biogas in Toronto, with qualified expenses up to $40.3 million.
