SWEN Capital Partners Raises €440 Million for SWIFT 3 Impact Fund to Accelerate Decarbonisation
SWEN Capital Partners has successfully raised €440 million for its SWIFT 3 Impact Fund, targeting the decarbonisation of hard-to-abate sectors through the production of renewable molecules. With plans to invest in 15 to 20 projects, the fund has already completed five investments, including three in biomethane. The initiative aims to surpass the previous fund size of €715 million while focusing on greenfield and early-stage infrastructure projects in Europe and North America.

SWEN Capital Partners has raised €440 million for its third Impact Fund for Transition (SWIFT 3), aiming to accelerate the decarbonisation of hard-to-abate sectors through renewable molecules production. This fund has achieved 50% of its fundraising target, with aspirations to surpass the previous fund size of €715 million.
SWIFT 3 will focus on renewable molecules, including biomethane, e-fuels, and biofuels, and will invest in greenfield and early-stage infrastructure projects primarily in Europe and North America. The fund plans to make 15 to 20 investments, having already completed five, including three biomethane projects. SWEN has supported over 325 production assets through its strategy, achieving up to 90% CO₂ abatement compared to conventional energy pathways.
