On March 12, 2026, two officers from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) died at a Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant in Budaun, Uttar Pradesh. The officers were identified as Sudhir Gupta, Deputy General Manager, and Harshit Mishra, Assistant Manager.
