UAB Juodeliai has expanded its SURE certification to include its new wood Anti-Stain Treatment facility in Radviliškis, Lithuania, following a recertification audit. This marks the third consecutive year the company has verified its operations against the sustainability criteria of the EU's RED II Directive.

The audit conducted by Preferred by Nature OÜ confirmed that by-products from manufacturing, such as wood chips, sawdust, and bark, comply with EU sustainability requirements and are suitable for biofuel production. The certification scheme follows the sustainability criteria established in Directive (EU) 2018/2001.
