The Uttar Pradesh cabinet approved the issuance of Letters of Comfort for 12 new investment proposals totaling ₹16,000 crore. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath led the meeting that authorized 25 proposals, including the establishment of the Kashi Vindhya Kshetriya Vikas Pradhikaran for regional development.

The new investment projects encompass ultra mega, super mega, and mega categories, with notable proposals from SNL Renewable Power for a solar manufacturing park in Meerut and Ambar Enterprises for a consumer electronics plant in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The cabinet also sanctioned the creation of a Recruitment Board for specialist and medical doctors, retail outlets for compressed biogas by Reliance Industries in Barabanki, and upgraded the Kashi Naresh Government Post Graduate College to Kashi Naresh University. Additionally, it approved regulations for building construction on leftover land in Noida under the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority.
