Vogelsang to Showcase Substrate Preparation Solutions at Biogas Infotage in Ulm
Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG will present its solutions for efficient substrate preparation at the Biogas Infotage in Ulm on January 28-29, 2026. Key products include the new MixXPump solid dosing system, the modified PreMix IC liquid feeding system, and the XSplit screw separator.
The MixXPump is designed for handling materials like maize silage and integrates easily into new and existing systems. It features a conical eccentric screw pump that reduces wear and minimizes downtime for maintenance.
The PreMix IC combines multiple operational steps into a compact unit, enhancing gas yields while reducing energy consumption. It is designed to handle challenging materials efficiently. The XSplit separator provides effective solid-liquid separation of manure and digestate with a dry matter content of up to 40%, offering low maintenance and flexible operation. Vogelsang will be located at Hall 1, Stand 141 during the event.
