BIOFUELSNATURAL GAS

Lane County and Emerald People's Utility District selected Waga Energy to construct a renewable natural gas (RNG) production unit at Short Mountain Landfill in Eugene, Oregon. The plant will produce approximately 407,000 MMBtu of RNG annually, replacing existing engines.

The project aims to reduce up to 31,000 tons of CO₂ equivalent emissions per year, promoting a circular economy. Waga Energy's WAGABOX® technology will enable processing of up to 2,000 scfm of landfill gas. This partnership supports local energy reliability and sustainability efforts over an initial 25-year term.
